E. Jason Blankenship has been an attorney for over 20 years. He has devoted the majority of his legal career to fighting for plaintiffs in the areas of automobile negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, workplace injuries, and general negligence.

Jason is a committed attorney who cares about succeeding for his clients. Jason’s broad range of experience enables him to handle any legal matter, regardless of complexity.

Prior to associating with Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys, Mr. Blankenship built a highly regarded reputation in the legal community while working as a personal injury attorney at firms including Fieger Law, and his own practice. Jason has handled matters in venues across the state and country, from various circuit courts through the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jason’s experience in both the Federal and State courts makes him able to handle your complicated legal issues.

Jason earned his BA from Michigan State University, with a dual degree in International Relations and French. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he assisted in the creation of the Federal Death Penalty Manual with Professor Andrea Lyon.
