Operating in 11 Michigan counties and over 50 schools, the organization utilizes proven, research-based methods to unlock the power of literacy. Their work is transformative, providing students who have fallen behind with one-on-one tutoring and structured intervention programs that help them achieve grade-level reading proficiency and beyond.

Giroux Pappas launched the program in January 2022 to give back to the community it serves and has recognized and donated to a teacher each month since.
