As part of the firm’s growth in medical malpractice litigation, Duda will make significant contributions immediately, handling all types of medical malpractice cases including: birth injury, surgical errors, wrongful death, emergency room negligence, anesthesia errors, and others. Ms. Duda’s background in anthropology and her extensive experience evaluating complex medical records gives her a unique perspective when investigating and litigating medical malpractice claims. Known for her disciplined preparation, analytical approach and compassionate approach with clients she is a strong addition to the experienced medical malpractice team at Giroux Pappas.
