Bob Giroux

Bob’s career spans both sides of the courtroom. He began on the plaintiff side before spending seven years as a defense attorney, where he earned the title of Senior Litigation Attorney. He then spent 14 years representing plaintiffs as Managing Partner at one of Michigan’s most recognized personal injury firms.

This dual perspective gives him a clear understanding of how opposing counsel thinks, prepares, and strategizes.

He founded Giroux Pappas to practice law differently. The firm focuses on fewer cases with deeper involvement, ensuring clients have direct access to attorneys at all times. Bob believes that serious cases deserve serious attention, not a place in a queue.

Bob started Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys PC to help people, to provide them with the focus and attention they deserve and to obtain a justified result for them. Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys will help to make sure your legal matters are not one of them. Bob and the whole firm believe it is important for all of the lawyers to personally take your phone call, answer your questions and counsel you throughout the legal process, from start to finish. The law firm is not a large machine and you will not be treated as though you are simply a file number and handed off to an inexperienced attorney or support person.
