Bob Giroux Named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame

Farmington Hills, MI — Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys is proud to announce that Bob Giroux, Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, has been named to the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame – Class of 2026.
The Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame honors attorneys whose careers reflect excellence in practice, leadership within the profession, mentorship, and meaningful civic engagement. Inductees are selected not only for legal achievement, but for the lasting impact they have made on the profession and beyond.
Throughout his career, Bob Giroux has focused his practice on personal injury and negligence law, representing individuals and families harmed by serious accidents, medical malpractice, and other acts of negligence. Known for his trial-ready approach and principled advocacy, Giroux has built a reputation as a lawyer who combines thorough preparation with genuine care for the people he represents. His work has helped shape outcomes for countless clients while reinforcing the importance of integrity, accountability, and justice in civil litigation.
As the founder of Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys, Giroux has played a central role in building a firm culture rooted in ethical practice, collaboration, and client-focused representation. Under his leadership, the firm has grown while maintaining a clear commitment to trial readiness and to doing the right thing—values that continue to guide its attorneys and staff.
Beyond the courtroom, Giroux’s impact is deeply felt through his extensive community involvement and charitable leadership. He is the creator of the firm’s Exceptional Educators program, a highly successful initiative that recognizes and awards outstanding teachers across Michigan for their dedication to students and schools. The program has honored dozens of educators and invested tens of thousands of dollars directly into classrooms, reinforcing Giroux’s belief that strong communities begin with education.
In addition to the Exceptional Educators program, Giroux and the firm support numerous charitable organizations and community initiatives throughout Michigan, reflecting a long-standing commitment to giving back and using the firm’s platform to make a positive difference. His involvement in professional associations, mentorship of young attorneys, and support of local causes underscore a career defined not only by legal success, but by service and leadership.
Hall of Fame inductees will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony on March 27, 2026, in Greater Detroit, where members of Michigan’s legal community will gather to celebrate the careers and legacies of this year’s honorees.
“Bob’s induction into the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame reflects decades of dedication to his clients, his profession, and his community,” said Evan Pappas, Partner. “His leadership has shaped our firm and inspired those who work alongside him, while his commitment to service continues to leave a lasting mark well beyond the courtroom.”
Being named to the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame is among the highest honors in Michigan’s legal profession, and Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys congratulates Bob Giroux on this well-deserved recognition.
