Family Represented by Robert Giroux Receives more than $2 million
BAY CITY, MI — A Bay County jury has found that a Gladwin County logging company owes a Garfield Township family more than $2 million for the traffic-related death of one of their loved ones.
The wrongful death trial before Bay County Circuit Judge Harry P. Gill ended on Thursday, Oct. 3, when the jury delivered its verdict that Danny F. Bard Jr. and Shawn Muma Logging Inc. owe the family of Christopher J. Groulx the seven-figure sum.
