Efraim’s enthusiasm for teaching is contagious. As he played his guitar and led a room full of first graders in song, the joy on their faces was impossible to miss. The children were engaged, excited, and eager to participate. Their smiles said everything. More importantly, Efraim’s own joy was just as apparent. His positive energy, encouragement, and genuine love for teaching created an atmosphere where students felt comfortable, confident, and excited to learn.

Great teachers do more than teach lessons. They create memories, build confidence, and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Efraim embodies those qualities every day.

We are proud to recognize Efraim Keramaris as our Exceptional Educator of the Month and thank him for the difference he makes in the lives of his students and the Haigh Elementary community. Thank you Efraim for sharing your passion, positivity, and talent with the next generation.

Nominations Are Open for Fall Honorees

Joining us for the classroom visit were Managing Partner Bob Giroux and Partners Evan Pappas and Chris Collis. Together, we had the opportunity to sit in Efraim’s music room and experience his classroom firsthand as students gathered on the carpet with smiles and a clap for music class.

While the school year may be ending, our search for outstanding educators in our community doesn’t stop. We continue to accept nominations throughout the summer for our fall Exceptional Educator honorees. If you know a teacher, paraprofessional, or educator who goes above and beyond for their students, we encourage you to nominate them. We look forward to celebrating more incredible educators when the new school year begins.
