Giroux Pappas Adds Attorney & Support Staff to Manage Significant Growth
SOUTHFIELD, MI—June 14, 2022 – Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys P.C., a fast-growing personal injury law firm in Michigan, is pleased to announce a number of significant hires to support the continuous growth at the firm.
The firm was founded by experienced trial attorney Bob Giroux in 2016. Achieving great success, the firm has grown quickly to 24 professionals, including seven key attorneys and 27 support staff. Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys focuses on helping clients that have sustained injuries due to auto or trucking accidents, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, sexual abuse or assault, workplace and civil rights issues, and more.
“We are pleased and proud to say that our highest percentage of new cases comes from other clients referring friends and family, and that speaks loudly of the high quality of service and case management that our clients receive,” said Bob Giroux, Managing Partner. “The continuous growth in case load has necessitated the additions to our team.”
Attorney Andrew Laurila and paralegals Jennifer Pearson, Michael Poupore, and Michael Laurila have joined the firm in the last two months.
Attorney Laurila will handle personal injury cases for the firm, as well as employment law cases. He has extensive legal experience in personal injury litigation, insurance defense and businesses litigation, drafting and arguing motions, researching and writing for litigation teams, drafting coverage opinions, and preparing appellate briefs.
Prior to joining Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys, P.C., Attorney Laurila worked at Rasor Law in Royal Oak, MI, and Secrest Wardle in Troy, MI. Mr. Laurila earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan School of Law/Cooley Law School in 2014.
“Andrew Laurila is very smart and a great addition to our firm. We operate as a team, coming together to share knowledge, and support each other on cases where specific expertise is needed. Andrew adds an insightful perspective during our regular case reviews and does an amazing job for his clients,” said Evan Pappas, Partner.
